Our call for nominations for the Gwen Ifill Student of the Year award, which recognizes female BIPOC/AAPI students who have exemplified news-literate behavior, is still open! Winners receive $500, a plaque in their honor, & the opportunity to be featured in a video.
To nominate a student, send them the nomination form to fill out (bit.ly/IfillStudentFo) & prepare a written endorsement for them to include. The deadline is March 1.
