Andrea Lazar works across departments to align fundraising with program goals, strengthen funder relationships and ensure accountability and transparency. She brings deep experience building high-performing institutional giving programs, along with a background in nonprofit arts management, entrepreneurship and consulting. Andrea previously taught a graduate course on entrepreneurship for creatives at the University of Houston and is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations thrive. She holds an MBA and a master’s degree in nonprofit arts management from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor’s from the Plan II Honors Program at The University of Texas at Austin.
