Erin Moore oversees and leads development efforts to attract and build strong relationships with donors and partners and is a member of the executive team. Before joining NLP, she worked at myAgro, where she led an international development team in raising more than $30 million annually. Erin has a proven track record in securing major gifts from foundations, corporations, governments and individuals. Before myAgro, she spent over 10 years as chief of staff in the nonprofit sector, managing aspects of fundraising, leading organizational strategic planning, and directing cross-functional initiatives. Erin is a graduate of Monmouth College with a bachelor’s degree in business and communications and has completed executive education certificate programs at the Harvard Kennedy School and Cornell University.
