Graphic scenes of the assassination of political activist Charlie Kirk flooded social media, raising questions about how to help young people exposed to violent content in their feeds, AFP reported.
The global newswire featured advice from Peter Adams, the News Literacy Project’s Senior Vice President of Research and Design, on lessons for teens and anyone on social media when disturbing footage spreads during news events.
