Misinformation
Talking about misinformation can be polarizing or controversial, but there are ways to keep these types of conversations civil and productive. In these slides, students reflect on and practice ways to respond to misinformation in social settings through eight role-playing scenarios. This classroom activity is designed to pair with the News Literacy Project’s “How to speak up without starting a showdown” infographic.
