Claudia Borgelt oversees the administration, culture and talent management, data and strategy, and product and technology functions and is a member of the executive team. She has spent her career in nonprofit management and fundraising roles, focusing on operations, partnership development, portfolio management, event planning and adult education programming. Before joining NLP in 2018, Claudia was the associate vice president of development at BUILD, a national youth entrepreneurship program in the San Francisco Bay Area. She previously led the daily operations, board management and continuing education efforts for membership-based health care associations in Georgia and began her career in university fundraising and alumni relations. Claudia earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature with a minor in comparative religions from Emory University and holds a certificate in financial success for nonprofits from Cornell University.
