Darragh Worland oversees external written and visual storytelling, messaging, marketing and media relations, managing a team of 10 staff members and helping to lead the organization as a member of the executive team. She joined NLP three years after its founding to run the New York classroom program, first as a coordinator then soon after as the New York program manager. She also served as Vice President of Production, helping to launch the organization's Checkology virtual classroom and as Senior Vice President of Creative Strategy, where she further expanded her role into branding and messaging. Darragh is a graduate of the University of Toronto, where she studied English and drama, and has a master’s degree in journalism, with a focus on cultural reporting and broadcasting, from NYU.
