
Ebonee Otoo leads the development of social impact strategies and goals as a member of the executive team and has spent her career growing campaigns and programs. From 2015 to 2017, she led national partner engagement at Enroll America, a nonprofit created to ensure members of underserved communities received health insurance under the Affordable Care Act. At the District of Columbia’s Office of the State Superintendent of Education, she did community outreach work and built digital experiences for children, educators and families. Ebonee began her career as a marketing/outreach coordinator for the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks and worked for Golden Girl Media, BET Networks and the International Black Women’s Public Policy Institute. She has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communication from the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
