Erin Olson oversees NLP’s coordinated approach to state-level partnerships and strategy, managing all state-level partnerships with departments of education and other state-level organizations. She began her career as a middle school language arts teacher and later taught high school English. Erin supported at the district level as an instructional leader and instructional coach. She also served as a technology integrationist for a regional state education agency in Iowa, where she supported districts in literacy, STEM, project-based learning and tech integration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in instructional and curriculum/effective teaching, both from Buena Vista University.
