Matt Arnold provides administrative and portfolio support to the CEO and the Senior Vice President of Development, serves as board liaison and manages special projects for the development team. Before joining NLP in 2022, he spent almost 15 years in higher education administration. Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in music from James Madison University and a master’s degree in journalism from Roosevelt University. He also holds a certificate in professional fundraising from Boston University.
