Matt Arnold provides administrative support to the CEO and COO portfolios of work, serves as board liaison and coordinates leadership operations and key strategic initiatives. Before joining NLP in 2022, he spent almost 15 years in higher education administration. Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in music from James Madison University and a master’s degree in journalism from Roosevelt University. He also holds a certificate in professional fundraising from Boston University.
