Vote for us! NLP is nominated for Anthem Awards

News

Anthem Awards named the News Literacy Project a finalist for its Community Voice Award — you can help us win!

We’re thrilled to share that the News Literacy Project is a finalist for The 5th Annual Anthem Awards! NLP is one of 14 finalists in the “Product, Innovation or Service” category of “Education, Art & Culture.” We are also in contention to win an Anthem Community Voice Award, chosen by popular vote.

The Anthem Awards were started by the Webby Awards in 2021 to honor all forms of social impact work to amplify the voices that spark global change. Anthem winners (in categories other than Anthem Community Voice) are chosen by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences. In 2024, NLP’s Checkology® virtual classroom was honored by the Academy with a Webby People’s Voice Award.

👉🏿 Can you do us a favor? If you believe in a future grounded in facts and thoughtful dialogue, please vote for the News Literacy Project to win the Anthem Community Voice award. Voting is open between now and Oct. 30. (Your vote will be counted as soon as you click on the “celebrate” button beneath the News Literacy Project.) Winners will be announced on November 18.

Voting only takes a moment — but this award could have lasting impact, attracting even more attention to the urgent need for news literacy education.

Thank you for supporting the News Literacy Project and a future founded on facts.
