South Carolina Public Radio’s May 7 program, An Rx for BS: A Look at Media Literacy in Crisis Modefocuses on the hazards of encountering  COVID-19 pandemic misinformation and disinformation —much of it dangerous. The program includes tips from the News Literacy Project for identifying potential red flags when scrolling social media, or anywhere a person might consume information.
